Expanding the Living Space of Our Waterford Clients
Home extensions are an ideal solution if you want to add more space to your current home, whether it’s a new bedroom, an extra bathroom, an open plan kitchen, or in this case, an extended living area. The existing house was expanded to include a larger living space to accommodate a growing family. The project featured a sizeable living space leading from the kitchen out onto a newly installed patio area.
The extension was designed to complement the homeowners’ existing space while not taking over the entire garden space. The new patio area adds more purposeful space to the garden, extending its usability throughout the year. The homeowner also requested the construction of two raised garden beds, one in stone and the other in a pebble dash to match the buildings existing exterior.
